When an owner calls saying that they donated their home and that they now have the "Winners" that would like to use the home please do the following;
- Collect the Owner's name, Phone Number, and Email.
- Confirm the Property Being Donated
- Let the Owner Know someone from Reservations will be getting in touch with them.
- @ Ken and Gene on the Ticket.
RESERVATIONS
- Contact Owner
- Collect from the Owner, Guest's Name, Email, and Phone Number
- ASK OWNER if there are any Blackout Dates, How Many Nights is the Guest Staying, Are we Charging a Refundable Security Deposit, Does the Donation have an Expiration Date? Ask if there are any Special Arrangements offered with their Donation?
- Contact the Guest and collect all necessary information for the Booking which will be Guest of Owner. Confirm Guest meets Minimum Age Requirements.
- Book Guest
- Email Owner letting them know their Guest has been Booked.
